Return Policy Notes
STEELINE offers a simple and hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Online Returns Management:
Simply login to your account and select “Return Support” to return the item online.
Period of Return:
You have “30 DAYS TO RETURN” an item in its original packaging to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, simply follow our simple online return process or phone us at 021-35169361-2 (or) WhatsApp 03212484912 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST (Monday to Saturday).
Returns must be unworn, in the same condition as when they were delivered, and in their original packing and invoice. Damaged boxes, as well as kitchen sinks, faucets, and accessories, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
During a sale promotion, you may exchange or refund your item.
Customers have the added benefit of being able to return or refund their purchases during the SALES PROMOTION period.
What you should do is:
- You must have your original receipt and return form with you.
- You MUST save your return item receipt.
- Only the Head Office will offer a refund after the Kitchen Sinks / Faucets & Accessories have been received.
- If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, all we ask is that you do so using the accompanying returns form. Get the return form here. To learn more, go to this page.
- All returned goods will be inspected, and we ask that you return the item in its original condition. We may not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged or dirty.
Who is responsible for the cost of the return or exchange?
Please keep in mind that any returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
How long will it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the goods, we will offer a refund within 10 working days. The money will be refunded to your bank account. Please complete the return form completely, including the IBAN.
How long will it take to receive an Exchange?
Once we receive the item, an exchange order will be sent out within 10 working days, depending on product availability. Please place a new order and send the right order for a refund if you are in a hurry.
Items that are defective or incorrect:
If you get a damaged item, the incorrect item, or the wrong size, please login to your account and submit a request through “Return support” or contact our customer care staff with your purchase number, name and address, reason for returning the item, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We’ll come to your house and pick you up.
In the event that a shipment is returned as undelivered owing to customer error, please keep this in mind. We can put a customer’s account on hold and require payment in advance for future orders.
