Return Period:

You have “30 DAYS TO RETURN” an item to us in its original condition.

Returns must be unworn, In the state you received them, And in the original packaging & invoice. Damaged Box or Kitchen Sinks / Kitchen Faucets & Accessories may not Qualify for a Refund or Exchange.

 

Exchange/Refund During Sale Promotion:

Customers has a Great Luxury that they will also exchange or refund during SALES PROMOTION period.

 

What to do:

You MUST have your Return form and original receipt with you.

You MUST take your receipt of returned item.

Only Head office will issue a refund once they will receive the Kitchen Sinks / Faucets & Accessories.

We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.

 

Who Will Pay for the Return/Exchange Cost?

Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

How many days will it take to issue a Refund?

A refund will be issued within 10 working days once we have received the item. We will refund the amount to your Bank Account. Please fill out the return form with full bank details including IBAN.

 

How many days will it take to get an Exchange?

An Exchange order will be sent within 10 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of product. If you are in hurry please place a new order & send correct order for refund.

 

Faulty items / wrong item:

If you receive a faulty item / wrong item or size, please login into your account & send us request through “Return support” or for help please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your door step.

 

Undelivered Parcel:

Please note in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We can put customer’s account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance.
